For the NLR (Royal Netherlands Aerospace Centre)\u00a0in the Netherlands, we have developed a custom-made\u00a0downflow unit<\/a>. This downflow unit offers an ultra clean working environment in which NLR\u00a0can assemble and clean highly sensitive electronic components for aerospace technology.<\/p>\n

The downflow unit is\u00a0equipped with an optional ion bar in order to neutralize any possible static charge of air, surfaces or products inside the flow unit. The use of an ionbar\u00a0will also provide extra protection for sensitive electronic equipment. The unit offers a vertical flow of clean air over the worktop compatible with ISO class 5 or better.<\/p>\n
