Especially the part in which organic and non-organic contamination is made visible by means of white light or UV light was very interesting for Edumar employees. By using a cleanroom inspection lamp with white and UV light, Edumar is able to create continuity in the cleaning process for the ASML’s grade 4 cleanliness specifications.
